Ordering & Payment

- We ask that you review your order carefully prior to submission, as it cannot be modified once submitted.

​

- Once you’ve finished placing your order, you’ll immediately be given an order confirmation number via your email inbox. We’ll also send you an email when your order has been fulfilled with the appropriate tracking number that will allow you to track your shipment.

- To check the status of any other order, please review the tracking number in your fulfillment email or contact us.

​

- We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express &  PayPal. Items are charged when they are dispatched. Orders made using Paypal are charged instantly.

International Shipping

- If you're ordering products to be delivered outside of the USA, they may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges due to local laws or customs rules. Whoever your order is addressed to is responsible for all customs laws for the import of the products, and will be required to pay any additional charges for international delivery.

- A standard International Shipping Rate is applied to each international delivery order. 

​

- Free Shipping Promotions are always and only ever to include domestic shipping inside of the USA. 

Cancellations, Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

- When you buy something from us, we hope you love it. However, should you change your mind (it happens to the best of us), you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery of an item to return full-price items only. 

​

- To Return: please contact us below with "RETURN ORDER #*****" in the message box below and we will supply you with an email including the return label once your claim has been approved. 

*We do not accept returns for the following: 

  • Sale/Clearance Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, and/or not in original condition

​

- If any of your items are damaged or defective, please contact us below within one business week to discuss the terms of your claim.

*Remember, each item has been Hand Dyed with all natural, plant based dyes. This can produce slight variations and unique imperfections to the piece making it one-of-a-kind.*

- We are not always able to process an exchange. We will always do our best to serve you. When we are not able to exchange an item, we will offer store credit in place of the exchange. There will be a $7 shipping fee to receive your desired item, if you choose to exchange. 

​

- Refunds for returns or damages will not include shipping costs of the returned order UNLESS the item never arrived to you, in which case the shipping cost will be refunded to you. 

​

- Returns/ Refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days.

FAQ's

Why Hasn't My Order Arrived? 

If your order has not arrived within the time-frame specified within 7 business days, try the following:

  • Click the tracking link on your dispatch confirmation email to see your order’s status

  • During extremely busy periods: Black Friday and Christmas bank holidays, we may need to slightly extend our delivery window. This will be by exception only. Please reach out to customer service if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order.

  • If you were out at the time of delivery, our delivery driver will have left a card to tell you where your parcel is i.e. it has been signed for by a neighbour or left in a safe area such as a shed, garage or porch If you still can’t find your parcel, please contact us, quoting your order number. We’ll reply within 48 hours and will do our best to locate your parcel straightaway.

Can I Return An Item Received

 As A Gift?

Yes. If you have received a gift from Dyeraid and you are not happy with it, you are more than welcome to return it to us. The order has to have been purchased directly from the site or Dyeraid at a vendor show, it cannot be from one of our wholesale partners. Please reference our return policy above. 

Can I Return Dyeraid Products Purchased from Another Vendor Here?

No. If you have purchased a Dyeraid product from one of our wholesalers, please contact their customer service for details regarding your order. 

Am I Able to Amend My

Delivery Address?

Yes. Please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order to change the delivery address of the order and we will adjust it for you.

An Item is Missing From My Order, What Should I Do?

Check your dispatch note first (the form inside your box or bag) to see a list of the exact items that should be in your parcel. If something is listed but not in your parcel, please contact us with a photo of what you have received and your order number.

What Are the Care Instructions for Naturally Dyed Products?

We always reccommend hand washing and hanging to dry on the first wash of all dyeraid products. After that, throw them in your washing machine with like colors and hang them to dry to save energy in your home.
